Crazyhead (previously known as Crazy Face) is a British comedy–horror television series created by Howard Overman. The six-part series premiered on E4 on 19 October 2016 in the United Kingdom, and streams internationally on Netflix from 16 December 2016. The series is filmed in Bristol.
After a huge explosion in a nightclub on New Year’s Eve, the government quarantines a large area of the city, citing a bioweapon contamination. Photo-journalist Jennifer Preston investigates a series of subsequent mysterious events occurring in the surrounding regions of this unnamed English metropolis. She encounters a web of lies concerning paranormal phenomena emanating from the quarantine zone, which the government is trying to keep secret.
A multinational ensemble cast starring Aml Ameen, Doona Bae, Jamie Clayton, Tina Desai, Tuppence Middleton, Max Riemelt, Miguel Ángel Silvestre and Brian J. Smith portrays eight strangers from different parts of the world who suddenly become “sensates”; human beings who are mentally and emotionally linked.
James Hayes (Patrick Brammall) is a small town policeman in Yoorana. He is called to the local cemetery in the middle of the night, after six people have inexplicably risen from the dead in perfect health. With no memory of their identities, they are determined to discover who they are and what has happened to them. James and one of them recognise each other, and along with local doctor Elishia McKellar (Genevieve O’Reilly), James struggles to keep the case hidden from his colleagues, his family, and the world. The six people are all linked in some way, and the search begins for someone who knows the truth about how and why they have returned.
Stranger Things (2016)
On November 6, 1983, in the town of Hawkins, Indiana, 12-year-old Will Byers vanishes mysteriously. Will’s frantic mother, Joyce, searches for him while Police Chief Jim Hopper launches his own investigation. Will’s friends Dustin, Mike, and Lucas discover a psychokinetic girl who claims to know Will’s location. As they uncover the truth, a sinister government agency tries to cover it up, while a more insidious force lurks below the surface.
The series stars Janet Montgomery as Mary Sibley, a powerful witch who controls the Salem witch trials by exemplifying hysteria among the puritans while executing her wicked plan of beginning the Grand Rite. Problems arise when her long lost love, John Alden (played by Shane West), returns to Salem, complicating Mary’s plans.
The siblings Sophie and Sebastian both carry on a dark, and fatal secret. In order to live, they have to suck energy out of other people. If they do not stop in time, their prey is somehow ignited and burns to ashes. In the beginning of the series, they are unaware of their origin or parentage; raised in an orphanage they only know they have each other.
Sofie and Sebastian try to get answers as to why they are, as they are – and their sleuthing leads them to the gloomy and traditional boarding school Ottmannsgaard. Here reigns the strict headmaster Just, and the alpha male Ditlev ruling ruthlessly with students whose teenager drives is fully outside the starched school uniforms.
At the boarding school begins a new life for the siblings, each of which have to contend with strong emotions as they experience their first serious love affair, while at the same time resist their fatal urge to suck energy from the other students.
But Sofie and Sebastian are not the only ones on Ottmannsgaard, carrying a dark secret. As the series progresses, flashbacks of history that goes back to the year 1666, which is about sin and forgiveness, life and death, love and betrayal, witches and the damned. Will Sebastian and Sofie be able to find out where they came from? Will these answers be the ones they wanted? And will they find more than they bargained for?
Gwen can pass for a regular girl, but she needs to eat a brain once a month to keep from losing her memories and intelligence. As a gravedigger, she has plenty of access to recently deceased people; when she consumes their brains she “inherits” part of the deceased’s thoughts.
From Dusk Til Dawn Season One + Two (2016)
In this supernatural crime series, Seth Gecko and his violent, unpredictable brother, Richard “Richie” Gecko, are wanted by the FBI and Texas Ranger Freddie Gonzalez after a bank robbery left several people, including policemen and Gonzalez’s mentor Texas Ranger Earl McGraw, dead. Heading for the Mexico border pursued by Gonzalez, the Geckos encounter former minister Jacob Fuller and his family, whom they take hostage by commandeering the Fullers’ RV. Drug lord Don Carlos reroutes them to a strip club populated by snakelike people that all must fight for food to survive until dawn.

Being Human (BBC/US) (2014)
The central premise of Being Human is that various types of supernatural beings exist alongside human beings, with varying degrees of menace; that three of these supernatural beings are opting to live amongst human beings rather than apart from them; and that these three characters are attempting (as much as is possible) to live ordinary human lives despite the pressures and dangers of their situations. They are constantly threatened with exposure or persecution, with pressure from other supernatural creatures, and with problems caused by their attempts to deal with their own natures.
